1. Where does Digital Key Software deliver? 

We deliver our digital antivirus license codes globally. Because our products are digital, they are sent directly to your email address, regardless of your location.

2. How long does delivery take? 

Orders are processed and your digital license code will be sent to your email within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.

3. How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is absolutely free. All of our products are delivered digitally via email, so there are no physical shipping or handling fees.

4. How will I receive my order? 

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing your antivirus license code, official software download links, and step-by-step activation instructions.

5. Can I get a refund for my digital key? 

Yes, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the license code is completely unredeemed, unused, and unactivated. Once a code has been activated, it cannot be refunded.

6. Are there any fees for requesting a refund? 

No, there are no return fees or restocking fees. Since the product is digital, we simply verify that the code is unused and deactivate it in our system before issuing the refund.

7. What items cannot be refunded? 

We cannot issue refunds for license codes that have already been activated or redeemed. Additionally, clearance or final sale digital items are non-refundable.

8. How long do refunds take? 

Once we verify with the manufacturer that your code is unactivated, your refund will be processed. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your provider.

9. Do you offer exchanges if I bought the wrong software? 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you purchased the wrong software and the key is still unactivated, please contact us for a refund and place a new order for the correct software.

10. What if my license code is invalid or displays an error? 

If your code does not work, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a screenshot of the error message, and a screenshot of the software version you are trying to activate so we can resolve the issue immediately.

11. What payment methods do you accept? 

We exclusively accept Debit Cards (such as Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit). We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at this time.

12. Is my payment secure? 

Yes. All debit card payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers, and all transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

13. What currency do you use? 

Prices are displayed and processed in the applicable currency based on your region during checkout.
